Can Am Cup

Geniusweb
Hello Everybody,
Here it is 2008 and the Can-Am series rolls into year 23.
As with most of the previous years we have some changes.
The huge growth of Disc Golf has brought with it a lot of new events. The series is seeing less road warriors (those that will travel far and wide to play on any given weekend) Sure seeing old friends and challenging a bunch of different players is exciting, but the time and cost can get to be to much.
Well, that being said, the series will now be located only in southern Ontario, western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and western New York.
The other thing I have decided to go with, is not having to cross the border to qualify. Most of us know some of the troubles our fellow disc golfers have at the border. Players will still be required to play in 5 single play events. The Can-Am cup will still count as an extra points grab, added to your other top 5 events. See you all soon!
